Visual .NET or Web Senior Developer

Are you a software-experienced, talented, flexible, hardworking, quick self-studying IT professional and eager to prove it? Sysgenic Group is looking for you to join our team in Targu-Mures.

Your focus will be on actively participating on analysis, design and developing of complex software products, growing starters and junior developers in order to satisfy our customers.

Required:

• University degree preferably in IT related field;
• Proved experience (at least 2,5 years) in project based software development in one (or more) of the following: VS.NET (C#, ASP.NET) or (D/X)HTML / ASP / XML-XSLT / CSS / JScript;
• Good knowledge of algorithms, software architectures, software development methodologies, software coding standards, OOP, VSS/CVS;
• At least good command of English language (spoken and written);
• At least good MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge;
• Great logical, abstract, creative, critical, thinker;
• Proactive, good communicator, fast (self) learner, team player.

Software Project Leader

Do you have experience in software development? Are you born to "grow" software people? We are looking for a talented, flexible, hardworking, quick self-studying experienced IT software project manager to join our team.

Your focus will be on actively participating on settling down business requirements, analysis, design and developing of complex software products (especially web-based), growing starters and junior developers in order to satisfy our west-European customers.

Required:

• University degree (or final year student) in IT related field;
• Proved experience (at least 3 years) in software development, VC++ / .NET technologies;
• Leadership skills;
• At least good command of English language (written and spoken);
• Outstanding PC operating and MS Office skills.
