2007

Sysgenic renews its Microsoft Gold Partnership – for fourth year consecutively - and re-launches its e-commerce business unit, Sysgenic Technologies, providing COTS applications dedicated to Romanian business environment: XTensa and Data Vision.

iBS team continues to extend its list of satisfied customers, successfully implementing seven new instantiations of our ERP solution.

Sysgenic gets confirmation for its continuous process improvement efforts by obtaining official achievement of CMMI Maturity Level 3 on the last version of CMMI Software Engineering Institute (USA) model.


2006

iBS specializes itself on different vertical markets and solutions, consolidating the ERP solution in different packages:

  • iBS XDistrib – dedicated to distribution companies
  • iBS Xpress – minimal "ready-to-use" package for small companies
  • iBS XTended – the full-complete customizable version of the ERP solution

Our ERP solutions help now new businesses, extending our customer database with 80% over the last year.

Sysgenic Group actively participates in important national and international IT&C events: SolePad (Romania) and Gartner ITXPO (USA) in order to stay in touch with the pulse of the market.

In support of its continuous development and improvement, our professional continues to develop themselves on their career pathways in fields as: project management, process improvement, moder software development, web development.

Sysgenic launches "Sysgenic Academy” program, intended to help students in "practical” application of the theoretical knowledge gathered in university and to prepare them for "the real deal”. The trainings in this program are sustained by Sysgenic professionals and covers different areas of project management, software engineering lifecycle and process improvement.

2005

To better reflect the core expertise offered to its customers, the new ways of doing business, the new culture and the new organization:
"Infopulse Romania Group" is renamed "Sysgenic Group"
"Infopulse Financial Markets" operates under the name "Sysgenic Sourcing"
"Infopulse Electronic Commerce" operates under the name "Sysgenic Technology"
"Infopulse Distributed Systems” operates under the name "iBS – Integrated Business Services”.

In support of performance, in 2005 Sysgenic Group will continue implementing strategic decisions:

2004

At year-end, e-Week Magazine, one of the top IT business publications, recognizes through major customers’ testimonials, like the Spain based Losan, Infopulse iBS ERP quality, exceptional implementation, leadership and influence in the market.

Financial Markets team continued to promote a high-performance culture for competitive advantage and extended the customer base with new major partners based in Austria, United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
Infopulse Consult, headquartered in Bucharest, started to operate and signed the first contract with a major Austrian company.


2001

The development strategy of Infopulse Romania, its success on the market and the recruitment of highly qualified personnel lead to the transformation of the company into a group of four companies, under the name of Infopulse Romania Group, which employs over 50 specialists, with assets estimated at thousands of euros and with a turnover of over a million euros. Infopulse Romania Financial Markets specializes solely in developing projects for financial markets. Infopulse Romania Distributed Systems, using CASE tools and high technology components (iBS - Infopulse Business Solutions), specialized in integrating applications for optimizing the environment in which small and medium companies conduct their businesses. Infopulse Romania E-Commerce specializes in high quality products destined for the world market, marketed and sold via Internet. Infopulse Romania Management Services specializes in expertise and management as well as consulting for Infopulse Romania Group companies or other companies. In a continuously changing economy, anticipating and following the real market demands and requirements, Infopulse Romania Group maintained an average development rate of 75% and acquired a new headquarter.

2000

Infopulse Romania is established as an independent Romanian-Dutch company, part of the international network. The Infopulse network - companies from The Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Brazil and Ukraine - facilitates the exchange of expertise and human resources as well as the development of common projects and products. Infopulse Romania begins its activity with 10 employees, internationally certified in IT and having benefited from trainings at the Infopulse companies in the Netherlands. The first projects - implementing customized solutions for financial markets - are done through outsourcing, with mixed teams from the networking companies.

1999

Infopulse Romania develops as a flexible, horizontally structured company and specializes in the management and in-house development of projects designed for financial markets. Infopulse Romania implements its first customized solutions for major clients in the USA (Fisher Investments) and Europe (ING, Pharmapharm). Advanced version of GateKeeper is launched, a proxy-server ranked by Server Watch as being among the top 10 in the world. The company grows and moves into the new office that offers workspace for 50 employees. The initial capital of Infopulse Romania is increased to 162 000 USD. Infopulse Romania becomes Microsoft Certified Solution Provider.

1998

Infopulse Romania launches the first modules of its own ERP solution (iDS - Infopulse Data Systems) and successfully implements it in the pharmaceutical industry. On the foreign market, Infopulse Romania continues managing and developing projects designed for financial markets (AEX - Amsterdam Stock Exchange, ABN AMRO - Londra, Metrixlab, Kempen & Co.).
